USCG 1711 calling San Francisco radio on AIRINC HF 11.282 usb. Advised to contact Oakland Center on vhf. Monitored from home qth of Manitowoc County Wisconsin. Distance of 2,200 miles. JRC NRD 345. 130 foot long inverted V dipole at 30 feet. 03:01 utc
