Thanks for that, they don't specify the time zone in the link but I guess the 2:30 am - 3:00 am scheduled time is UTC. If so I believe that makes it 22:30-23:00 EDT (21:30-22:00 British Antarctic Territory time).
Not sure what frequencies they will use but in the past these ones have been mentioned:
