Kit Radios

Post by Signalmix »

My first SWL radio was a kit radio from back in the day. I have many great memories from building it with my Dad to the many days/nights of listening. I still use it from time to time...will never give it up. Does anyone still listen using a kit or home brew radio?

not using a kit radio, but built and used quite a number of receivers (and other stuff, like preamps, preselectors...) and I know the nice feeling of using something you built yourself :D

as for kits, here are some simple ones
